About the Role:
We are a growing Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company building a high-performing in-house billing organization. We are seeking a Billing Team Lead / Senior Billing Specialist to serve as a hands-on senior contributorwho also provides day-to-day guidance, quality oversight, and support to billing staff.
Our primary product focus includes Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) and other recurring DME supplies. Experience with CGM billing is strongly preferred, but senior DME billing professionals with Medicare and commercial experience are encouraged to apply.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Is highly experienced in DME billing.
- Still wants to work claims and problem-solve.
- Can mentor others without being a full manager.
This is not hospital billing and not an entry-level role.
