What You'll Do
A/R & Billing Leadership
– Oversee denied, aged, and unresolved claims; ensure payer follow-ups and prompt reimbursements.
Claims Resolution
– Research and resolve payer issues, submit secondary/tertiary claims, and handle escalations.
Team Management
– Lead and mentor A/R specialists, providing coaching and monitoring KPIs.
Compliance & Documentation
– Validate denials, generate appeals, and ensure accurate claim documentation.
