Virtual Staffing Solutions is hiring Medical Client Schedulers to support one of our healthcare clients. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating patient appointments to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments based on provider availability and program guidelines.
• Coordinate with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely appointment placement.
• Maintain and update scheduling systems and records with accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate appointment details, updates, cancellations, and reminders professionally and empathetically.
• Monitor daily schedules and proactively address gaps, conflicts, or last-minute cancellations.
