n Review clinical documentation and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes
. Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations and payer guidelines
. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to clarify incomplete documentation
. Analyze denied or rejected claims and support claim resubmission processes
. Maintain patient confidentiality and compliance with healthcare privacy regulations
. Perform coding audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy
. Utilize EHR systems and coding software effectively
. Stay updated with coding standards and reimbursement policies
