Medical Coder

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Coder with at least 6 months of experience to join our team on-site in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi. The role involves accurate coding of medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and supporting the revenue cycle management process.
Key Responsibilities:
Assign accurate ICD-10 and CPT codes to medical records
Review patient charts for completeness and accuracy
Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and regulations
Collaborate with medical staff and billing teams as needed
Maintain confidentiality of patient information
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of medical coding experience
Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work night shifts
Strictly on-site presence required
Excellent communication and organizational skills
