Medical Coding Team Lead

Job Description

The Coding Team Lead supports the production coders through quality review, audit processes, workflow stabilization, and first‑line escalations, while maintaining an active coding workload. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance within the revenue cycle.
Although not a managerial role, this position requires strong leadership experience, high judgment, and the ability to support coder development through feedback and communication.

Work Setup: Full-time | Onsite @ Greenhills, San Juan, Metro Manila

Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri (US Business Hours)
