Job Description

                    Overview  Qualifications  Permanent / Full-time position on-site 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
Typing skills 35+ WPM 
Proven experience in customer service 
Proficient in both English and Spanish (B2 or higher) 
Excellent communication skills and strong analytical abilities (critical thinking and problem-solving skills) 
Experience in medical accounts is a plus, but not required 
 Employment Details & Location  Employment Type: On-site at the Zventus Center of Excellence 
Location: Ensenada, B.C. - Candidates who are not in this location will be rejected
