patient charts and clinical documentation
, not admin, front desk, or billing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, review, and update clinical data in the EPIC EMR system

• Work directly with patient charts, including:

• Clinical notes

• Medical histories
• Problem lists
• Medications

• Labs and other clinical documentation

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with clinical documentation standards
