POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for driving ethical, science‑based recommendations and advocacy of Nestlé’s Infant Nutrition portfolio by engaging HCPs and HCIs. Acts as the main point of contact for scientific detailing, omnichannel engagement, and educational support. Ensures compliant communication (WHO Code/local code) and delivers tailored, high‑quality scientific information to build long‑term HCP trust and recommendation.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

· Engage HCPs daily with ethical, science‑based information to drive recommendation of the Infant Nutrition portfolio.

· Ensure full WHO Code and Nestlé policy compliance in all interactions.

· Execute omnichannel engagement (F2F, WhatsApp, email, virtual) tailored to each HCP.

· Build trusted relationships and understand HCP needs and territory dynamics.
