Medical Device Contract Analyst

Manage contract lifecycle administration effectively as a Contract Analyst. Drive contract creation, compliance, and analytics, working with sales and legal teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
In this role, your primary focus will be on composing and reviewing contracts related to medical devices, working closely with Sales and Corporate Account management. You will assess pricing structures and ensure compliance with policies while analyzing sales data to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and manage customer purchase agreements
• Assess pricing and rebate deliverables accurately
• Monitor contract compliance across departments
• Analyze sales data for decision-making support
• Prepare financial and analytics reports as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of contracting experience
• Knowledge of GPO, IDN, and related processes
• Previous experience with ERP systems is preferred
• Proficient in Excel and Word
