Medical Director - Urgent and Primary Care Centre - Fraser North

Job Summary

We are seeking an innovative physician to join our team as a Medical Director (MD) for the Urgent and Primary Care Centre (UPCC), Fraser North. The MD will build and support a culture of patient and care‑team safety and clinical effectiveness, where the patient and family are the centre of clinical system design. As a consensus builder, you lead by example and understand how to address site needs within the broader context of the health delivery system and multiple service delivery requirements. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work partially on‑site as required. This position reports to the Regional Medical Director (RMD) for Primary Care Integration.

Effective Delivery of Clinical Services

• Ensure that Clinic physicians deliver services appropriately within the remit of the Urgent and Primary Care Centre.
