Medical Doctor (3 Days/Week) – Primary Location: Marcel-Laurin Plant 1, Organization: Aerospace Canada.

Responsibilities

• Provide spontaneous consultations for employees (e.g., discomfort, minor injuries, health advice).
• Quickly assess conditions and refer to appropriate care if necessary.
• Collaborate with the Health and Safety team on risk prevention.
• Work with other internal stakeholders on related cases.
• Document interventions in compliance with legal and internal standards.
• Analyze and manage employees medical records while maintaining confidentiality.
