Medical Education Manager - Oncology

Job Purpose

GSK is looking to hire a Medical Education manager to join our Medical Affairs Team. This role is a hybrid model and reports directly to the Medical Education Lead.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an innovative and strategic medical education plan aligned with asset medical strategy, including clear learning objectives to address healthcare gaps and meet patient and customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver strategic, high-quality educational programs and learning initiatives.
• Lead the development of educational materials for congresses and medical education programs in partnership with cross‑functional teams.
• Plan, organize, and execute medical education initiatives including speaker programs, symposia, conferences, and digital learning solutions.
