Job Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Health Care Technology Manager, performs duties pertaining to acquisition, installation,
calibration, repair and maintenance of medical imaging equipment.
Essential Responsibilities:
+ Advises on specifications for purchases on new medical imaging equipment and recommends replacement of obsolete or irreparable equipment. Provides new product evaluation as requested.
+ Consults and collaborates with key stakeholders to prepare for installation and deployment of medical imaging equipment and systems, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, gas, pneumatics, software, networking and integration to data/information retention systems. Performs or coordinates assembly and installation of medical equipment, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, gas, pneumatics, software, networking and integration to data/information retention systems.
