UCB is seeking to hire an exceptional Medical Information Coordinator for Mexico who will provide guidance and training to other staff members on medical information management policies and procedures. This position will be based out of our Mexico City offices in Polanco

About the Role:
Perform activities in line with UCBCares standards, including but not limited to activities described in sop-102678 (Enquiry Intake Management), sop-008513 (Management of Medical Information Enquiries) and g-q-101532 (Enquiry Intake and Case Management).
Key role in the subjects of healthcare information and medical information management, as well as customer service which may include product supply, customer support, safety/quality information and patient support program information and other critical medical communication or customer service setting provided as part of UCBCares concept, including this activies for Latina as n...
