Medical Lab Technologist, Histology

LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services is seeking a Medical Lab Technologist to join our team in Toronto, ON (100 Intl Blvd).

This is a Full‑Time role with overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a wide range of diagnostic and interpretive specimen testing.
• Perform, interpret and release results, ensuring the confidentiality of patient information.
• Identify incidents and non‑conformities, develop corrective action plans, and drive continuous improvement.
• Assist with the evaluation and implementation of new technology.
• Participate in problem‑solving for work organization and workflow.

Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree in Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent education and/or experience.
• CMLTO registered.
• Excellent communication skills.
