Job Description:

• Handle specimen reception, preparation, and packaging.
• Conduct specimen analysis, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot analyzers.
• Provide support with telephone reception duties and ensure accuracy of patient bills.
• Comply with the department's standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain proper documentation of specimen handling and analysis results.
• Assist in training and supporting new staff and interns in laboratory procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering necessary laboratory supplies.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
