About the role

We are looking for a qualified Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our Histology team at LabPlus, Auckland City Hospital. This role is based primarily in the Histopathology team and covers all aspects of the routine Histology laboratory, from specimen receipt, frozen sections, cut‑up, embedding, microtomy, special stains, direct immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry and QC.

There is also the potential to roster in the more specialised areas of dissection, muscle biopsies and Mohs as well as participating in the on‑call roster.
