Medical Laboratory Scientist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Conducts serological testing procedures (IFA) including sample handling and storage as well as reporting of results. Develops and validates enhancements to existing processes, including lab automation, improved workflows, and new diagnostic assays. Performs cell culture and manufacturing of IVD test kits. (On-the-job training will be provided) Ensures biosafety practices are strictly adhered to during the handling of potentially infectious biological samples.
