Summary:

The Medical Leader, is responsible for leading and growing the Medical Sales Team to drive strategic initiatives and manage key accounts to deliver business growth. This role is pivotal in executing the Medical channel sales market strategy and developing the skills of the Medical sales team.  

As a dynamic people leader with strong commercial acumen, you will champion new ways of working, embed data driven decision making, implement field coaching routines, and expand market influence across key channels including Primary Care, Specialists, Surgical, and Active Ageing.

• Medical Lead – VIC East & ACT
• Medical Lead – VIC West & SA
