Medical - Manager, Patient Affair & Diagnostics - Shanghai

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:**

1. Leadership

a. Ensure BU/TA stakeholder understanding of the patient affair & diagnostics initiatives

b. Act as Internal Diagnostics industry and technical expert

c. Act as Diagnostic advocate in responsible TAs and lead the formulation of the diagnostics strategy in responsible TAs

2. Partnerships

a. Establish win-win MSA/PAG/Vendor partnership to deliver on prioritized initiatives

b. Contribute to Sanofi China SC Patient Affair and Diagnostics ecosystem setup

3. Diagnostics, Service and Access

a. Lead the design of TA based innovative Patient Affair and Diagnostics offering aligned with Sanofi overall business strategy

b. Lead effective working relationship with relevant internal and external stakeholders

c. Ensure the high-quality delivery and consistency with Sanofi compliance standard
