This senior role offers the opportunity to manage complex, high-value claims within a Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked practice known for its client care and technical excellence.
You will lead a varied caseload, including litigated matters, with a focus on securing early interim payments to support rehabilitation and care needs. The work spans a broad range of medical disciplines, including obstetrics, neurosurgery, oncology, and psychiatric care. You'll deliver clear, empathetic legal advice and collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
