Medical Office Coordinator/CMA (SOM General Pediatrics) - #Staff

School of Medicine, General Pediatrics is seeking a **_Patient Service Coordinator/CMA_** (PSC/CMA) to offer friendly, courteous, and confidential assistance to patients ensuring that the patient and their family have positive experiences while seeking care at all Johns Hopkins Pediatric Specialty Network clinics. The PSC/MA will maintain accurate information on each patient both geographical and clinical to facilitate the patient encounter. This role reports to the Network Supervisors and Ambulatory Service Manager who are responsible for administrative/clinical supervision, staff development, orientation to the areas of policy and procedures.
