Job Description

Job Responsibilities

/ Expectations:
  • Occupational Health & Surveillance: Conduct pre-employment and periodic medical examinations, identify hazards, and assess fitness for work.
  • Clinical & Emergency Care: Provide immediate first aid and treatment for injuries/illnesses, manage on-site emergencies, and coordinate referrals to hospitals.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to the Factories Act (e.g., maintaining Form 7/32), manage Bio-Medical Waste, and maintain confidential health records.
  • Preventive Health Programs: Organize wellness programs, ergonomics training, and health education to prevent occupational diseases.
  • OHC Management: Supervise paramedical staff, maintain inventory of medicines/equipment, and support EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) audits.
