**Scheduler/appointment setter**Some of your responsibilities would be:- Schedule caregivers based on availability and geographic location.
- Ensure caregivers clock in/out on time.
- Communicate with caregivers about lateness, sick days, or absences.
- Find replacements quickly when needed.
- Manage and negotiate time-off requests.
- Be attentive to incoming calls.
