• Workflow: The work involves internal technical coordination between medical planners, MEP, and structural teams, utilizing BIM (ACC).

2. The Role (Technical Coordination Resource):

• Stages: Support the Concept and Design Development stages.
• Duration: Anticipated deployment of approximately 9 months.
• Start Date: Tentative start date in March.
• Location: The resource will be stationed on-site.
• Key Requirement: The candidate must possess enough experience to understand the technical and authority requirements for Singapore and be able to work with minimal oversight.
