We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with a nursing background to join our team as a QA Specialist, assisting in quality assurance, documentation review, and compliance monitoring for clinical records.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and audit clinical documents including OASIS, 485 Plan of Care, and visit notes for accuracy and compliance
Coordinate with the clinical advisor regarding changes or updates to documentation
Provide clinicians with feedback and education related to documentation improvement and regulatory standards
