Medical Receptionist

Position: Medical Receptionist 

Location: Coffs Harbour

The Role: This is a permanent full-time position, reporting to the Office Manager. You will be based at both our Coffs Harbour and Specialist Medical Centre clinics Monday to Friday with shifts rostered between 7am – 9pm. 

• Greet patients warmly and assist with arrival procedures.
• Answer phone calls promptly and handle inquiries professionally.
• Collaborate with clerical and technical staff, as well as primary healthcare providers.
• Build and grow a comprehensive knowledge of diagnostic radiology.

Our Coffs Harbour clinics thrive on a great culture with a small, supportive clerical team. We strive to provide the best services to the community, including our MRI department’s recently extended hours to 9pm.
