Our Lincoln Road practice members work as a highly integrated team to care for our population of patients and operate out of a modern purpose built building. We are launching a satellite clinic in Rolleston and are currently recruiting for both sites.

Responsibilities

• Front line at reception and on the phones
• Welcoming & checking patients in for their appointments
• Frontline enquiries via phone and making appointments
• Liaising with patients and other medical providers
• Registering new patients and transferring patients
• Processing payments and debt collection
• General administration and reception duties
• Medical administration for the doctors
