Key Responsibilities

• Collect complete Patient's demographic information; full name, address, email, phone numbers, and complete insurance information; ID/policy number, guarantor information
• Verify patients preferred pharmacy and imaging, in quickview
• Verify patients' demographics, and insurance info during every call
• Make reminder calls for appointments.
