Medical Records Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Records Administrator to support the creation and maintenance of complete and accurate patient medical charts for multiple nursing home operators across the United States. This role involves working with various Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and adapting documentation processes based on patient stay types, including short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (4:00 PM – 01:00 AM South African time – subject to daylight savings).
• Public Holidays: This role requires working on both South African and U.S. public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA). <...
