Medical Records Clerk

**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

CHI St. Alexius Health is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Records Clerk to maintain the integrity of medical record information. This role supports our mission of providing compassionate care by ensuring accurate and organized patient data.

This position is onsite only*

**Responsibilities:**

+ Prepare, scan, and index documents into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
+ Process Release of Information requests accurately and according to policy.
+ Contribute to the overall organization of the Medical Records department.
+ Communicate effectively and collaborate with healthcare teams.
+ Utilize the EMR and scanning equipment proficiency.

**Job Requirements**
High School graduate or equivalent.
