Job Title: Application Analyst (Beaker)

Role Overview:

Acts as the primary support contact for the Beaker application, ensuring smooth system performance, resolving issues, and aligning the application with business and clinical workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot application issues
• Manage and resolve system and cross-team issues
• Support workflow design, system build, testing, and enhancements
• Act as liaison between end users and Epic implementation teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system meets business needs
• Participate in meetings, training, and ongoing system improvements
