Medical Records Reviewer

Providing support to an online software solution company for collecting, managing, and securely storing student health information

Responsibilities:

• Review medical records to ensure that they contain all relevant information, including patient history, diagnosis, treatment plans, and test results.
• Identifying any discrepancies or inconsistencies in medical records, such as missing or conflicting information.
• Ensuring that medical records comply with relevant regulations, policies, and quality standards, such as HIPAA regulations or hospital policies.
• Collaborating with team members and clients to ensure that medical records are accurate and complete.
• Preparing reports and presenting findings to management, including recommendations for improvements in medical record keeping and documentation practices.
• Staying up to date on changes in regulations and standards related to medical records keeping and documentation.
