職務說明

  • 為主要客戶提供臨床需求，積極發現商機，根據利益相關方需求和目標提出價值主張，並推薦解決方案以推動和發展業務。
  • 維繫並持續強化客戶關係，反應客戶及市場需求，以確保達到業績目標。

    • 資歷

  • 以自然學科大學學位；藥學、藥理學背景為佳。
  • 具備兩年以上藥業業務銷售經驗；oncology, specialty care相關經驗為佳。
  • 具有相關領域及紮實之客戶管理知識，能成功的在複雜的跨部門團隊中工作。
  • 在複雜的跨科臨床環境擁有與關鍵利益者交流之經歷，例如中階及高階醫療專業人員、主要客戶和醫療界。
  • 與多位有影響力的參與者/決策者能有效率影響相關關係者之決策過程且創造價值的紀錄。
