Job Description
1. Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets by proactively identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and effectively managing existing accounts within the assigned territory.
2. Proactively schedule and conduct meetings with healthcare professionals to effectively present, promote, and educate them on assigned products.
3. Deliver comprehensive product knowledge, demonstrations, and hands-on training to ensure clients fully understand the features, benefits, and proper use of all assigned products.
4. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with medical professionals and facility administrators to support long-term partnership and product adoption
5. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, performance forecasts, and detailed activity records to support management decision-making and strategic planning.
