Discover International are partnered with a global biotech company specialising in the Oncology field. Following a successful EMA approval, we are leading the building of their EU 5 MSL department.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment strategy for the Senior Recruitment Manager / Executive Retained Search role and related Commercial and Business Development positions
• Oversee the build of the EU 5 MSL department following EMA approval

Qualifications

• At least 2 to 5 years of experience as a MSL within the Oncology space
• PhD within a relevant field
• Ability to cover the whole country if required
