Medical Scribe

Qualifications:

• BSN/ RN or Medical assistant with significant background in cardiology.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, particularly cardiovascular terminology and medications.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems.
• Ability to accurately document patient encounters in real time, including history of present illness, review of systems, physical exams, assessments, and plans.
• Familiarity with cardiac diagnostic testing (e.g., EKGs, stress tests, echocardiograms, Holter monitors).
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
