Position Overview:

A Virtual Medical Scribe assists healthcare providers by documenting patient encounters in real-time, allowing providers to focus on direct patient care. The scribe listens to physician-patient interactions and transcribes the details into electronic health records (EHRs), ensuring accurate and timely medical documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Scribing medical charts
• Live scribing with a provider (requires webcam on)
• Calling out to medical companies, such as other doctors’ offices, medical equipment companies, home health, etc.
• Navigating through EMR
• Assisting Physicians in clerical tasks virtually.
