Medical Services Coordinator

What you do

• Entry of treatment guarantees into the system
• Checking policies for coverage and completing treatment guarantees up to authorization stage
• Following up on outstanding cases by e-mail and telephone
• Processing of Maritime cases
• Reviewing the work queues and preparing for distribution and system management
• Other responsibilities as required and directed by the manager
• Assist in the processing of treatment guarantees
• Assist Manager in creation of policies for the department
• Record minutes of team meetings
• Responsibility for Health, Safety and Welfare within team (please refer to the Company’s Safety Statement for full list of responsibilities.
