Role Overview:

We are seeking a licensed Medical Technologist to support daily diagnostic laboratory operations in a clinical setting. The role is responsible for performing routine and specialized laboratory procedures while ensuring accuracy, quality control, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory tests including hematology, urinalysis, chemistry, and other routine diagnostics
• Ensure proper specimen handling, labeling, and documentation
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
• Implement quality control procedures and adhere to safety protocols
• Accurately record and release test results in a timely manner
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare staff regarding laboratory findings
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory
