Job Summary

The Medical Technologist is responsible for performing complex clinical laboratory tests to aid in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and analyze clinical laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and blood bank
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results through proper quality control procedures
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and analyzers
• Review, verify, and report laboratory results in a timely manner
• Collect, label, and process patient specimens according to established protocols
