Duties and Responsibilities
1.Shall be knowledgeable with all the laboratory procedures, technical and operational aspects of the laboratory.
Shall supervise the daily operations of all laboratory test required and must see to it that these tests must be released on time.
Draws blood for analysis and transfusion (Hematology, Blood Banking and Serology, Clinical Chemistry)
Examines and test specimens: Urine, Stool, Semen, CSF and other body fluids. (Clinical Microscopy)
Examines and test: Bacteria, Fungi, Virus, etc. (Microbiology)
Operates ECG Machine and Extracts Blood for Arterial Blood Gas Analysis.
Maintains a high level of accuracy and precision of its examination results by regularly implementing appropriate quality assurance programs to ensure the generation of quality lab values.
