Work Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of experience.

Job Description: Performs laboratory tests and analyses to aid in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Performs all duties of Medical Technologist.

· Plan, organized and delineate duties of personnel in the section of the laboratory.

· Must be accessible to laboratory to provide on-site, telephone or electronic consultation.

· Test methodology is appropriately chosen from the clinical use.

· Assist with preparing operational and capital budget by providing quarterly reagent/consumables within the section.

· Supervise verification of test procedures performed in the section and establishment of the laboratory's test performance characteristics, including precision and accuracy of each test and test system.
