Virtual Rockstar is hiring a Medical Virtual Assistant on behalf of a US-based pediatric therapy practice.
The Medical Virtual Assistant will primarily support the clinic's billing and insurance workflows , including authorizations, denial follow-ups, and patient billing inquiries. This role is designed to provide overflow support to the billing team, improve turnaround times, and ensure accurate, patient-friendly communication regarding insurance and accounts.
