Schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM EST w/ lunch break

$5 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Transferring patient documents from the old EMR to the new

Organizing documents in the new EMR

Adding the patient's preferred provider

Double-checking the schedule in the new EMR with the old one to ensure all appointments are moved over

Adding patient's pharmacies

Adding insurance cards to patient chart

Adding supplement info

Adding tags for patients

Recording in patient chart if patient has a card on file, and flagging patients that have upcoming appointments with no card on file

Other admin tasks

Required Qualifications:

MUST HAVE experience as a Medical VA to a foreign client

MUST HAVE excellent communication and organizational skills

MUST HAVE medical experience and be familiar with medical terminology
