Medical Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a Medical Virtual Assistant to support a client with high-volume primary and urgent care clinic in the United States. This role is strictly focused on inbound patient calls, follow ups, and call routing. Only candidates with healthcare experience and strong phone handling skills should apply.

This position starts part time and may transition to full time based on performance and clinic needs.

Work Schedule

16 hours per week 2 days per week 8 hours per day US business hours

Rate

Up to PHP per hour

• Answer inbound patient calls promptly and professionally
• Manage high call volumes in a fast paced healthcare environment
• Review clinic schedules and conduct outbound follow up calls
