Job Description

CHESTERWOOD SENIOR LIVING AND MEMEORY CARE is looking for Medication Aides to assist in the administering of medications and treatments to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of the attending physician, the nurse supervisor or charge nurse, and the Director of Nursing. 
 Pay ranges from $22.00 - $26.00 an hour depending on licensure and experience, PLUS On top of those great base rates we offer additional shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts!!

Must have a MA-C certification to function as a medication aide in a nursing home.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follows the policies and procedures of the facility governing the administering of medications to residents.

Report any medication error, clinical issue or resident need that is unable to be addressed by this position to the charge nurse and/or nurse manager
