Description 【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】Recent advances in drug discovery targeting cancer have been remarkable, and Astellas is constantly challenging next-generation modalities such as cell therapy, gene therapy, and multifunctional antibodies, as well as new cancer biology. Under such circumstances, we have successfully delivered innovative treatment drugs such as XOSPATA, XTANDI, and PADCEV to cancer patients. Furthermore, we are currently promoting drug discovery research by combining multifunctional modality and the biological understanding of TME in the Primary Focus Immuno-Oncology established though our Focus Area approach.We are urgently recruiting people who will participate in the challenge of driving a paradigm shift in cancer treatment together with our team.
