Medior Field Engineer

Position Description:

We’re looking for several dynamics, hands‑on Field Engineers who love being on the move and making a real impact. You’ll be the go‑to IT expert on the field , resolving on‑site issues, driving key initiatives and ensuring smooth operations across multiple locations.

Your role in our team
Your day will alternate between troubleshooting, equipment preparation, project deployment and collaborating with CGI, our international customer ‘s IT and local site managers. This position is ideal for someone with 3–4 years of experience who enjoys autonomy, variation, and direct impact on end users.

On Site Support & Daily Operations
• Resolve first and second line incidents that cannot be handled remotely.
• Install, configure or replace laptops, desktops, printers and peripherals.
• Perform manual software installations and application configurations.
